Refund policy
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
If you have an issue with your order, please contact our Customer Service Department at info@zfgoffroad.com.
Any products that have been purchased through Zero Foxtrot Golf Offroad, can ONLY be returned by the original purchaser.
All returns must be authorized by Zero Foxtrot Golf Offroad, and be granted an RMA # Prior to being shipped back. If an Item is received by our receiving department without an RMA # we will not be able to accept the return.
Returns for products purchased directly on our website, can be made if;
Contents of the shipment arriving from Zero Foxtrot Golf Offroad are incorrect.
All Returned items must be packaged with all original contents and MUST BE UNINSTALLED AND IN NEW CONDITION.
All “Close-out” items are FINAL SALE, and may NOT be returned.
All Other Returns Must be in New, Uninstalled Condition, & Eligible for resale, and will be subject to a 20% Restocking Fee. Please note that the original shipping cost will not be refunded. If an item was purchased with Free Shipping, Zero Foxtrot Golf Offroad still paid for shipping on that item, and that portion will not be refunded.
Items that are Damaged during an installation are NOT returnable, Professional Installation is Recommended. Likewise, if you install a damaged part, it is not returnable, and must be replaced under warranty if applicable.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. If damage or loss occurred during shipment, you will still need to file a claim (see shipping policy) but we will also work through it with you to make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like blemished item sales, gift cards, or custom products (such as special orders or personalized items).

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to email info@zfgoffroad.com and let us know, we'll work the return of the item you have, and get you rolling with the item that you wanted.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
