Shipping policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Zero Foxtrot Golf Offroad. Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy. 

ORDER & SHIPMENT PROCESSING TIMES

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days, unless otherwise noted in a pop-up banner on our website (ex: COVID-19 delays, natural disaster, etc).  If an order is received on a Friday, it will be processed and shipped the next business day (Tuesdays/Wednesdays for holiday weekends). Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays unless the shipping carrier makes that exception.  

Long-lead times:  Many items including built items (bumpers, armor, etc) and larger suspension packages (example Icon Stage packages) have longer lead times outside of our normal in stock processing times described above if we do not have immediate stock of the item.  We will strive to keep you informed all along the way as your order is built or packaged together by the manufacturer.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If we see that there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Plain and simple, we will maintain contact if there are any issues that arise that may impact the delivery of your new purchase from us. 

SHIPPING RATES & DELIVERY ESTIMATES

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout unless otherwise noted. 

SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours, but is ultimately controlled by the carrier's systems. 

CUSTOMS, DUTIES AND TAXES

Zero Foxtrot Golf Offroad is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). 

DAMAGES

Zero Foxtrot Golf Offroad is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim (this is a blanket statement above).

We implore you to reach out to us also after/when you have filed a claim if this occurs. Let us know regarding damage or loss, so that we can work the issue from our end, info@zfgoffroad.com. We will do everything in our power to make it right for you. 

We take the utmost care to package your new product before shipping; with that said, if you have any suggestions for us to package better/safer, we want that feedback! info@zfgoffroad.com 

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, and most carriers require photos before filing a claim.
